Arun Wellbeing – Arun District Council

What

Free wellbeing service for adults who want to lead healthier lifestyles. This is not a mental health support service. Services are in person, by phone or online and include one to one support to stop smoking, cut down on alcohol consumption and/or lose weight. The service also offers group fitness sessions, health checks, signposting to other NHS services. See website and/or contact for more information.
