Yoga classes for people living with or beyond cancer. Run by Clare Gardner, a qualified practitioner who teaches at the Wirral holistic care centre. She also holds the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Working Therapeutically with Cancer qualification. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. Contact for more information.
