Six-week programme is designed to support people living with and beyond cancer. It teaches simple, practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Participants will learn how to manage feelings of stress, worry, depression, and develop techniques to improve emotional wellbeing and resilience.
