Be Well – Exercise and Physical Activity

Service offering a programme of physical activity, including cancer rehabilitation classes. The service works closely with the NHS and other local organisations and offers a support network for local residents. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See the website for more information.

People over 16 who have a long term health condition and want to get active. For self referrals use referral enquiry form. Otherwise, referrals can be made by a health care professional
