Birmingham Black Carers Support Group (BBCG)

What

Support group for unpaid carers from African Caribbean backgrounds. It offers information, advice, practical and emotional support, and the chance to socialise and meet others with shared experiences. Meeting in person six times a year, remaining 2026 dates are: 9th September, 21st October and 9th December, with guest speakers on topics relevant to carers and free holistic therapies.
