Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions, and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end of life care in people's homes, at the hospice as an inpatient or as day therapy. This includes pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, family/carer support, spiritual and bereavement care. See website for more information.
