Free 6 week gardening programme offering support to people living with and beyond cancer, as well as friends and family. Run twice a year in person on Wednesdays, 11am to 1pm. Drop-ins every second Thursday for people who have done the programme before. All tools, gloves, seeds and plants will be provided and refreshments too. Contact Annie Charles for more information. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
