Bright Hope – Support Cafe – Ashby

What

Support group for people living with life-limiting conditions, including their carers and loved ones. It offers a space to talk, share experiences and take part in activities such as arts and crafts, relaxation and exercise. Often hosted by guest speakers, the drop-in session is held every Friday, 1.30pm to 4pm in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. See website for more information.
