Cancer Community Champion Programme for people working in the fishing industry in North Shields. A partnership between the Fishermen's Mission and Macmillan Cancer Support, it trains local people as Cancer Community Champions so that they, in turn, can share information around signs and symptoms of cancer and support available to the local fishing community.
