C-Fit Cancer Rehab Class at Osprey Leisure Centre

Cancer rehab class for people living with and beyond cancer. It aims to offer gentle exercise guided by qualified cancer rehab instructors in a group setting with others with shared experiences. You must be referred to access this programme. Held in person on Wednesdays, 11am to 12pm. Contact Osprey Leisure Centre for more information and/or speak to your health care professional to get referred onto the scheme.
