Cancer Activity Programme for people with prostate cancer – Crawley

Free six month exercise referral programme for people with prostate cancer. This is for those undergoing hormone therapy, also known as androgen deprivation therapy or ADT. It offers supervised aerobic and resistance training, shown to help reduce cancer-related fatigue, maintain physical function, and improve overall quality of life during treatment.
