What

Rehabilitation sessions for people affected by cancer including loved ones and carers. Held in person on Wednesdays, 2pm to 4pm, they offer an hour of exercise including a circuit of cardio, strength, balance and agility exercises led by a qualified cancer rehab expert. Afterwards, there's the option of having a cup of tea/coffee and a chat with other group members or Big C Cancer Charity staff. See website and/or contact for more information.
