Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Classes – Reading

Exercise sessions for people living with a cancer diagnosis (pre, during and after treatment). Led by a specialist Cancer Rehab Exercise Instructor and offering a safe and supportive environment. Classes are held Mondays at 1.30pm. If you would like to participate, contact your GP or Oncology Team to discuss a referral.

West Berkshire residents who have a cancer diagnosis (pre, during or post treatment) can access these classes with a GP or Healthcare practitioner referral
