Exercise sessions for people living with a cancer diagnosis (pre, during and after treatment). Sessions are led by a specialist Cancer Rehab Exercise Instructor to ensure you are guided, supported and is an opportunity to exercise in a safe and welcoming environment. Classes are held Wednesdays at 9.30am, if you would like to participate please contact your GP or Oncology Team to discuss a referral.

West Berkshire residents who have a cancer diagnosis (pre, during or post treatment) can access these classes with a GP or Healthcare practitioner referral
