Free six-week programme supporting people before, during and after their cancer treatment and/or surgery. It includes tailored exercise sessions, relaxation techniques, occupational and complementary therapy, benefits advice, mindful eating advice, and help with managing emotions. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some changes in diet and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
