Everyone Active – Exercise Referral Scheme – Tudor Grange Leisure Centre

Physical activity group session for people living with or beyond cancer. The class aims to lower stress and increase energy levels. You must be referred by your GP or other health care professional to access this. Run in person every Wednesday, 12.30pm to 1.30pm, at a cost of four pounds per session.
