Cancer Support Yorkshire – Meditation – Bradford

Meditation class for people affected by cancer. The class aims to reduce stress and anxiety. Led by Cancer Support Yorkshire charity, it meets in person every Friday, 1:15pm to 2pm at Manningham Mills Community Centre. Registration is required. Mats are provided and chairs can also be used if needed. Call ahead to register and see their Facebook page for the latest updates.
