What   Programme for patients who are living with and beyond cancer. It focuses on recovery, health and wellbeing after cancer treatment. Services include one to one assessments, community clinics, long term follow up and telephone support. Horncastle and District Support Group

What  The Horncastle and District support group is open to anyone affected by cancer. The group provides a chance to meet other people affected by cancer and a place to talk, listen and support one another. Some meetings have speakers on cancer related interests, as well as games and social activities.

MattDotCom - computer equipment for teenagers

What   MattDotCom provides teenagers who are suffering from cancer or other long term illness with access to a laptop or other computer equipment, thereby enabling them to continue their education and maintain contact with their school so assisting them to continue to develop key life skills and help them to cope with their illness be that in hospital or at home.

St Oswald's Hospice

What   A charitable hospice supporting people living with life-limiting illnesses, including cancer. The hospice offers adult services including: day services, a lymphoedema service, inpatient care, complementary therapy, outpatient clinics  and more. St Oswald’s Children and Young Adults Service is open to young people from birth to 25 years and provides residential short breaks, providing specialist care and activities such as sensory play, baking, complementary therapy, and trips out.

Berwick's Cancer Cars
