Be Mindful online course
Online course for reducing stress, depression and anxiety using mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). Mindfulness involves paying attention to thoughts and feelings in a way that increases the ability to manage difficult situations and lessen the impact of negative experiences. The course is run over 10 sessions lasting 30 minutes each, where participants are guided through interactive exercises, meditation audio and videos as well as tasks and assignments to put mindfullness into practice in daily life.
