Online course for reducing stress, depression and anxiety using mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). It is self guided but you need to access it via your healthcare service. Mindfulness involves paying attention to thoughts and feelings to help you better manage challenging situations. Eligible participants are guided through interactive exercises, meditation audio and videos and tasks and assignments to put mindfulness into practice in daily life. See website for more information.
