Partnership between Crossroads Care Kent and Macmillan Cancer support to provide volunteer support to people caring for loved ones with cancer in Kent. The volunteers provide free practical, emotional and companionship support, and can also help with things like light housework and gardening, transport to appointments or local services or giving information on other support services available.
