Everyone Active – Exercise Referral Scheme at Westgate Leisure Centre

What

Exercise referral scheme supporting people living with long-term health conditions, including cancer. You must be referred by a GP or other health care professional to access. Its 12 week programme aims to help you improve your physical and mental wellbeing through gym and swimming classes. This is a chargeable scheme. Contact for more information.
