Charity and network partner of Carers Trust providing information, advice, advocacy and support to carers. Carers can access a range of free holistic therapies such as massage, aromatherapy, facials and reiki at the centres to help them destress and relax, as well as confidential counselling and psychological support. They also host a number of social outings and events so that carers can meet others for friendship and support.
