What

Joint venture between Care Plus Group and Macmillan Cancer Support for people living with and beyond cancer. The service offers a variety of support options for people dealing with the challenges of a cancer diagnosis whether they are physical, psychological, or social. Opening times are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Where

North East Lincolnshire and online. Appointments are offered at St Andrews Hospice, in the patient’s home and other community settings this maybe one to one, telephone, email or group sessions.

Who

People living with and beyond cancer who are registered with a north east Lincolnshire GP, their loved ones and carers. They will accept referrals from outside North East Lincolnshire for Look good feel better workshops and the HOPE supported self-management programme
