What

Charity working in partnership with Carers First and NHS Medway to provide social support and befriending to Medway residents. It offers telephone and virtual befriending, and helps to connect people to activities and social opportunities going on in the local community. It also runs two weekly group meetings and social activities such as monthly Bingo, For the referral process, please see the website.
