App using clinically proven techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood in 8 weeks. Its features include a mood tracker, which people can use to track their daily ups and downs to help identify the signs and symptoms to look out for and develop new ways to deal with thoughts, feelings and behaviours that cause problems. There are 10 learning modules to choose from including Managing Fear and Anxiety, Managing Stress and Overload, and Building Happiness and Wellbeing.
