Walking Workout with a Difference


Community-based group of volunteers, and exercise and fitness experts offering a range of fitness and social exercise activities across Kent. The activities are for all ages and abilities, and include walking, pilates, bounce and burn, 121 sessions, group sessions, and social exercise. Exercise is helpful in managing and improving mental and physical health, disease prevention, building confidence and self esteem. The sessions combine exercise and socialising to help people get fit, feel good about themselves and make social connections.




People living with cancer, their loved ones and anyone who wishes to improved their health and fitness
