Carers ID Card is free for all carers aged 10 and over, including parent carers. Carers are able to record care needs and name alternative carers for emergencies. If the cardholder has an accident or becomes unwell, anyone can call the 24/7 helpline to trigger a care response. The card also provides access to various benefits, offers and services.
