Support group for people caring for someone. Meet others with shared experiences in a social setting, get practical tips to help manage your wellbeing, and try simple relaxation techniques. Held monthly on a Monday, 2.30pm to 4pm. No need to book, you can either go along or register interest at reception who will give you a call. See Facebook for the latest updates and upcoming dates.
