Charity providing free, confidential and impartial advice to people on health care, housing, finances, benefits, education, work and accessing support services. Drop in sessions are available at its Kendal office only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to 12.45pm. Booked appointments are available face to face and by telephone, Monday to Thursday 10am to 2pm.
