ClimBing Out! – Peak District

Charity offering fully funded five-day outdoor activity programmes to rebuild confidence and self esteem in people who have been through a life changing injury, condition or trauma. Activities include climbing, gorge scrambling, kayaking, hill walking, abseiling and raft building. It also offers online support through a series of videos covering everything delivered on the 5-day programmes. See website for more information.
