Free dance classes for people living with and beyond cancer. Funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support, I Can Dance classes aim to be fun, friendly and uplifting and suitable for complete beginners. The next Telford course of 8 classes will run in June 2026. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
