Dancing for Wellbeing – Coronation Hall, Boroughbridge

What

Dance class for older people, including people with health and mobility problems, as all sessions can be done either standing or seated. At the end of each class, there is time for refreshments and socialising. The classes take place on Mondays at 11am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 3:30pm. See the website for more information and to book.
