Dancing for Wellbeing – Harrogate

What

Community organisation providing dance classes for older people, including people with health and mobility problems, as all sessions can be done either standing or seated. There is also a class for carers of people with dementia. At the end of each class, there is time for refreshments and socialising. See the website for more information and to book.
