National charity that supports children and young people living with a life limiting cancer diagnosis. It provides end of life experiences, creative therapy, cash gifts, and help with creating lasting memories to help support families. It also organises mini getaways for families to spend quality time together, and works with hospitals and hospices around the UK. They also offer children's books explaining cancer. Who

Children and young people living with cancer including their families and carers. GPs, senior health care professionals, social workers and family support workers can make referrals through the website or by using its safe referral system
