Everyone Active – Active MSK Referral Programme at West Lindsey Leisure Centre

What

Programme supporting adults aged 18 and above living with musculoskeletal conditions and joint pain. Priority is given to individuals who are currently on a waiting list for surgery, and each referral is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Referrals must be made by a health care professional, although those with chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions can refer themselves. See website for more information.
