Everyone Active’s Exercise Referral Scheme – Rickmansworth

What

Exercise referral programme for people aged 16 and over who are inactive for whatever reason, including those with cancer. It offers twelve weeks of physical activity sessions at a discounted rate compared to normal membership. This includes access to the gym, swimming pool and group exercise classes. Visit your local GP or health professional to request a referral, then contact William Penn Leisure Centre to book your referral appointment.
