Nowercise is based in Herne Bay, Kent, but all coaching is delivered online by video call. Clients can take part from home anywhere in the UK

Who

Adults living with or beyond any type of cancer, at any stage, anywhere in the UK. No referral needed and no fitness level required. This is a paid service
