Families in Grief (FiG) – support for bereaved children and young people

What

Charity offering support to bereaved children, young people, and their families. It offers one-to-one visits at either the child's school, the Families in Grief (FiG) office or other community settings, as well as group programmes, and activity days to bring groups of bereaved children and young people together. It also provides one-off sessions such as bereavement cafes where families can access support in an informal setting.

Bereaved children and young people up to the age of 25, as well as their families. Referrals can be made by family members or healthcare professionals by downloading, completing, and emailing a referral form online
