What

Physical activity programme for people living with and beyond cancer in Lincolnshire. Meet others with shared experiences and take part in low impact group fitness sessions led by cancer rehabilitation coaches. The first ten sessions are free and after that they cost £4. Sessions are 45 minutes and on Thursdays from 1.30pm to 3pm. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See website for more information.
