Physical activity programme for people living with and beyond cancer in Lincolnshire. Meet others with shared experiences and take part in low impact group fitness sessions, led by cancer rehabilitation coaches. Held on Thursdays, 1.30pm to 3pm. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See website for more information.
