Foyle Hospice

What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end of life care, supporting people in their homes and at the hospice, in its integrative care clinic (for day services) or as an inpatient. Its services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy and spiritual care. It also gives bereavement support. Referrals are via health or social care professional or people can self-refer for bereavement support. See website/contact the service for more information.
