Healthworks – Cancer Prehab and Rehab – Newcastle

Cancer prehab and rehab sessions helping people prepare for treatment, recover, and rebuild strength. Led by specialists in cancer exercise, these run in a group setting, twice a week for up to six weeks. Speak to your cancer care team to get referred. There are face to face sessions at Lemington and Benwell, and an online class daily 4pm to 5pm for those preparing for treatment). Contact for more information.
