Charity for people living with life-limiting conditions, their carers and loved ones. Services include counselling, befriending, complementary therapy, wellness services and a day care service. It has various free weekly drop-in support cafés that offer support and a chance to socialise with others with shared experiences. Its Swannington support cafe meets on the first Monday of the month, 1pm to 3pm. See website for more information
