Hospice providing specialised care for people living with a life limiting condition. Services include physical and medical support as well as emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual support. Due to refurbishments, in-patient services are currently taking place at the Five Ashes ward. Also offers bereavement support in-person or by phone or online. See website for more information.
