Support service for anyone affected by cancer, at any stage from diagnosis and beyond treatment. The project allocates a Key Worker that will arrange to meet with you either in your own home or a space within the community and will help to put you in touch with emotional, practical and financial support. Support can also be provided remotely by telephone, text or email. Contact for more information.
