Improving the Cancer Journey

Initiative by Glasgow City Council and Macmillan Cancer Support offering contact for people living with cancer. After an assessment, staff will signpost you to relevant services and help you develop a care plan. Some services include, caring responsibilities, physical concerns, complimentary therapies, finances and emotional concerns. Please see the website for more information.
