Impulse Leisure – Cancer Health Referral Scheme

What

Exercise referral scheme improving the physical and mental health, wellbeing and fitness of people with long term conditions, including cancer. The free programme runs for 12 weeks and includes group sessions with others in a similar situation. Sessions are designed to suit the individual's ability and fitness level and are suitable for before, during or after treatment. For more information please visit the website.
