Charity providing support to people living with cancer at any point in their journey. It offers peer-to-peer support, monthly group meet-ups, online chat, information signposting, Nordic walking programmes and wellness and creative workshops. Some workshops are chargeable. Who

Anyone affected by cancer including their loved ones and carers can access the service. Access to the service can be made by referral via GP or other health professionals, family members or by making a self-referral
