Hospice offering specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions, as an inpatient or visiting the wellbeing centre. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, respite care, psychological/spiritual care and bereavement support.
