What

Community scheme supporting older people, those with health issues or other disadvantages by providing transport and a “good neighbour” service. Volunteer drivers help people with attending medical appointments, shopping, collecting prescriptions and helping with small tasks around the home or garden. Local link schemes are booked directly with each link, visit the transport directory that lists all individual contact details.
