Livewell Southwest – physical and mental health support services

What

Organisation providing physical and mental health care services that encourage people to live healthy and independent lives. There is a dedicated mental health inpatient unit, district nursing team and community learning disabilities team. It also runs activities and support services in GP practices, hospital wards, sports centres and health and wellbeing hubs. See website for more information.
